Few Reasons Why People Choosing Us!

Our corporate approach embraces modern management axioms hinged on cultural excellence, and the "The Customer is King" principle. In pursuit of such, we believe in partnering with clients for total security. We provide customer-specific service that answers our clients' security concerns. The added advantage is that with our experienced staff, we can advise you on security risks that you may not be aware of.

STAFF WELFARE

Staff welfare is a highly sensitive matter because guards' morale directly impacts service delivery to our clients. We endeavor to pay decent salaries and be on time to minimize pay-related disgruntlement and absenteeism. SECPAT also rewards guards for commitment to good work, discipline, and turnout. An open-door policy is also in place to encourage information sharing and early detection of problems. Periodic memos, circulars, and meetings are also used to enhance communication.
